Hey everyone! 

Just letting you all know, I’m going on holiday for two and a half weeks tomorrow, so no Tumblr :( anyway, just letting you know I haven’t just disappeared. I’ve set up a queue to post a couple fresh things a day. Hope everything goes well while I’m gone! 

DAY 10

Breakfast: Bran flakes and skimmed milk.

Lunch: Potato skins with peppers and brie. Salad.

Dinner: Chicken, salmon, peppers, spinach.

Snack: Cooked strawberry and rhubarb with low fat custard, watermelon, 2 peaches. 

Exercise: 20 min exercise bike.

As always, I had a giant salad for lunch :) Lettuce, baby spinach, carrots, organic tomatoes, lentils, a dollop of hummus + mixed seeds, lots of lemon juice and tahini soy sauce lemon dressing! Follow me on my personal account @mmmoky to ser what I’ve been up to lately 😘
DAY 9

Breakfast: Bran flakes and skimmed milk. Green Tea.

Lunch: Avocado, 2 eggs, tomatoes.

Dinner: Spatchcocked chicken, potatoes, green beans, carrots. onions.

Snack: Watermelon. Cooked strawberry and rhubarb with low fat custard. Peach.

Exercise: 20 min exercise bike.

DAY 8

Weight: 170lb (-8lb)

Breakfast: Bran flakes and skimmed milk. Green tea.

Lunch: Avocado, prawn and salmon salad.

Dinner: Tuna steak, lettuce, cucumber, tomato and beetroot.

Snack: Watermelon. Low fat custard pot.

Exercise: 20 min exercise bike. 10 min walk.

DAY 7 (25/07/14)

Breakfast: Bran Flakes and skimmed milk. 

Lunch: Tomato soup.

Dinner: Huevos rancheros with Quorn chicken pieces.

Snacks: Low fat custard pot. Cucumber. Strawberries. 

Exercise: 20 min exercise bike.
