Lunch: Prawns and lettuce. Tomato soup with low fat cheese.

Dinner: Baked Beans. Avocado.

Snack: Pretzels. 2 packets of Go Ahead biscuits. Apple. Pork. 

Exercise: 20 min exercise bike.
